Who owns the buyer data?
You do. Every buyer, registration and booking belongs to your tenant — we process it on your behalf and never resell or share it.
How long until we go live?
A typical project is configured and live within days — your units, pricing and booking form loaded in, with no engineering work on your side.
How is OneBase priced?
By module, not per seat. Pre-registration and the signing queue, showroom appointments with QR check-in, and live availability with booking — each one is a module you switch on or leave off, so you only pay for the parts of the launch you actually run. How does signing the booking work?
The buyer signs the booking form in-platform, and OneBase logs the signature with their IP, a timestamp, and a snapshot of which terms — and the exact version — they accepted. The formal SPA is still signed through your usual channel — OneBase holds the booking commitment and its full audit trail.
